Karen O'Connell is offering skills clinics to ladies who are either registered or waitlisted for the Sturdy Dirty. Dates and clinic details are in the Clinic Options section below. All clinics will take place at Raging River State Forest and go from 5:00 - darkish. We will sometimes have climbing support. More classes will be added once we determine interest.
Some definitions to note:
"Beginner," "Sport," and "Expert" refer to the category in which you are intending to race, or want to build the skills to race, at the Sturdy Dirty.
"A1" and "A3" These are new trails that are not yet open to the public, but we’ve gotten permission to coach on it in preparation for the race.

April 24th - Beginner Racers
May 1st - Sport Racers
May 8th - Beginner Racers
May 15th - Beginner and Sport Racers
